Description
Beschafft wurde ein automatisiertes Zell-Vereinzelungssystem für einzelne mikrobielle Zellen mit 0.5-20 µm Größe, welches in der Lage ist, Hochdurchsatzisolierung von Einzelzellen aus (a) Zellkulturen und (b) biologischen Flüssigkeiten (wie zum Beispiel humane Fäkalproben oder Sputum, Bodenproben) automatisch auszuführen.
