Description
Benötigt wird ein automatisiertes Zell-Vereinzelungssystem für einzelne mikrobielle Zellen mit 1.5-20 μm Größe, welches in der Lage ist, Hochdurchsatzisolierung von Einzelzellen aus (a) Zellkulturen und (b) biologischen Flüssigkeiten (wie zum Beispiel humane Fäkalproben oder Sputum, Bodenproben) automatisch auszuführen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Leistungsvertrag über die Lieferung, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme einer Single Cell Isolationsplattform gemäß den technischen Spezifikationen der Leistungsbeschreibung, Kapitel B, samt der darin enthaltenen Option am Standort der Auftraggeberin (siehe Ausschreibungsunterlagen).
