Description
NDLA would like to enter into framework agreements for interactive simulations, which will be included in a context with other learning activities in the teaching aids. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed for the assignment with a minimum of two and a maximum of three tenderers, as long as there is a sufficient supply. The distribution of assignments between the framework agreement parties will be in accordance with the distribution mechanism in the contract.

- Quality — Completed Annex B – Tenderer's description of the scope of the delivery. CVs and competence for the individual persons who are offered for the implementation. Copies of self-produced materials.
