The objective of the market dialogue is to have a draft of the competition document (requirement specifications, price form) to potential tenderers for feedback on whether there is a factor in the competition document that can effect the competition participation, possibly if potential tenderers see that there are set requirements and criteria that are not precautionary, or whether there are other participants to secure a contract coverage of the need for NDLA when it comes to film services.
