Description
Hankinnan kohteena ovat silmälasit/optikko-/optometristipalvelut, silmälääkäripalvelut sekä tilaajan työntekijöille myöntämät näyttöpäätetyössä tarvittavat erityistyölasit ja suojalasit vahvuuksilla. Hankinta sisältää lisäksi työnäön-, näöntarkastuksen ja tarvittaessa silmälääkärin palvelut. Hankintaan sisältyy myös Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialueen osalta koululaisten näöntarkastukset, joiden hoidon järjestämisvastuu on hyvinvointialueella. Palvelun kuvaus ja vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteellä "PSHVA KOULULAISTEN NÄÖN TUTKIMUS Jatkotutkimuksiin ohjauksen palvelukuvaus". Valitut toimittajat toteuttavat palveluun kuuluvia tutkimuksia ja tuotteita tilaajan työterveyshuollon tai kouluterveyden huollon antaman lähetteen perusteella. Tilaajakohtaiset tarkemmat ohjeistukset ovat tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Hankintamenettelyllä perustetaan useamman toimittajan puitejärjestely. Osatarjoukset ovat sallittuja osa-alueittain.
