Intention notice for a direct award of contract for the further development and operation of the web app Sikresiden.no OsloMet shall enter into a new contract (continuation) with Frontkom for the further development and operation of the tailor-made security application Sikresiden.no, cf. the public procurement regulations § 13-4. Terms for procurements without competition b) the procurement concerns services that only a specific supplier can deliver because 2. competition is impossible for technical reasons.
