Description
Na podstawie art. 19 ust. 1 pkt. 3 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 285) organizator dokona wyboru operatorów w trybie art. 22 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy poprzez bezpośrednie zawarcie umów o świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego z wybranymi operatorami. Określenie rodzaju transportu, linii komunikacyjnej oraz linii komunikacyjnych lub sieci komunikacyjnej, na których będą wykonywane przewozy: a) Określenie rodzaju transportu: transport drogowy osób, przewozy autobusowe o charakterze użyteczności publicznej; b) Określenie sieci komunikacyjnej: przewozy autobusowe w publicznym transporcie zbiorowym na sieci komunikacyjnej obejmującej obszar, dla którego Miasto i Gmina Sienno jest organizatorem publicznego transportu zbiorowego (charakter i ilość usług lub określenie potrzeb i wymogów)
