Käesoleva hanke tulemusena ostab Hankija mobiiltelefoniside kõne- ja lühisõnumi ning mobiilse andmeside teenust orienteeruvalt 400-500 (hetkel 403) mobiilabonendile, lauatelefoniside kõneteenust orienteeruvalt 800 abonendile, vahendusjaama ühenduse teenust ja sideteenusega seotud lisateenuseid 48 kuuks (edaspidi Sideteenused).
