Predmet nabave obuhvaća ekspertnu IT podršku u svrhu osiguravanja dostupnosti IT opreme i aplikativnih servisa koji podržavaju poslovne servise Naručitelja. Dostupnost predmetnih servisa osigurava se kroz redovite preglede, preventivno održavanja, reaktivno održavanje te uspostavu funkcionalnosti u slučaju incidenta.
