Predmetom zákazky je Poskytovanie servisných služieb_supervízna podpora, ktoré zabezpečia prevádzku a funkčnosť Nemocničného informačného systému od spol. STAPRO Slovensko (zabezpečenie prevádzky, funkčnosti a dostupnosti vybraných informačných technológií a informačných systémov používaných objednávateľom a užívateľmi objednávateľa). V rámci služieb bude Dodávateľ poskytovať Objednávateľovi servisnú podporu pre: A. Aplikačný software (ASW) B. Technické prostriedky pre ASW C. Zamestnancov objednávateľa Dodávateľ dodá dohodnuté služby na aplikačný software (ďalej tiež ASW) v rozsahu modulov, ktoré sú bližšie špecifikované v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky _Technická špecifikácia predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.
