Servis, zamjena i održavanje sigurnosno regulacijske opreme sa zamjenom rezervnih dijelova, u skladu s Tehničkom specifikacijom - Troškovnikom. Tražena usluga uključuje redovne godišnje servise, preglede i ispitivanje sigurnosno regulacijske opreme sa zamjenom rezervnih dijelova. Popis redukcijske opreme naveden je u pojedinim stavkama troškovnika te uključuje: reduktore, monitore, blokade, pilote (upravljački uređaji: monitora, reduktora, blokade) i sigurnosne ventile. Navedena oprema služi za smanjivanje tlaka (redukciju) s tlaka transportnog sustava na tlak isporuke plina prema krajnjim korisnicima ili na plinskim čvorovima gdje se obavlja redukcija/regulacija protoka prema tlaku. Obzirom da se radi o tipskoj i jednoznačnoj opremi na cijelom transportnom sustavu RH te kako navedena oprema radi 0/24 h i 365 dana u godini i kako o njoj ovisi isporuka plina krajnjim korisnicima (distrubuterima, industriji) radi sigurnosti rada opreme i stanica za isporuku plina potrebno je osigurati adekvatne rezervne dijelove i potrošni materijal koji može izdržati navedene uvjete rada.
