Pre účely zákona o verejnom obstarávaní sú tieto subjekty identifikované ako verejní obstarávatelia podľa § 7 ods. 1 písm. d) ZVO alebo obstarávatelia podľa § 9 ods. 1 ZVO. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je súčasťou Prílohy č.1. Zoznam aktuálnych vozidiel tvorí Prílohu č.1a. pričom ide o vozidlá v správe viacerých organizácií.
