Description
Frontex, en representación de la AECP y Satcen, busca contratistas de la Unión Europea/SAC para prestar un servicio completo con aeronaves tripuladas de ala fija para la vigilancia aérea de mar y tierra, que incluya: a) aeronaves, b) personal, c) capacidad de mantenimiento, d) capacidad de transmisión de datos a través de BRLOS, e) cualquier permiso para el despliegue, las autorizaciones y los seguros para proveer vigilancia aérea en la frontera terrestre y marítima exterior de la Unión Europea o de terceros países, f) el contratista deberá transmitir los datos recopilados directamente desde la aeronave al Centro de Coordinación designado a través de BRLOS con una velocidad mínima de enlace ascendente de 320 kbps. El servicio que el contratista prestará en virtud del futuro contrato marco consiste en vuelos de misión en los que se vigilará el área de interés definida dentro de la zona de despliegue del servicio en búsqueda de los objetos de interés señalados por el órgano de contratación y se transmitirán los datos de vigilancia al Centro de Coordinación.
