Description

Servicii specializate de pază, monitorizare și intervenție pentru obiectivele STT Constanța. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informaţiilor suplimentare , astfel: - în a 11-a zi calendaristică înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit, conform art. 29 alin (3) din HG 394/2016, entitatea contractantă urmând să nu dea curs solicitărilor de clarificări adresate după termenul-limită stabilit mai sus sau solicitate prin altă modalitate de comunicare decât cea stabilită prin anunțul de participare. Notă: la calculul termenului de solicitare/răspuns clarificări exprimat în zile, data limită de depunere a ofertelor nu se ia în considerare.
