Organizarea și susținerea a 8 sesiuni de formare specializată pentru dezvoltarea competențelor profesionale, fiecare având o durată de 16 ore de formare/sesiune (3 nopți de cazare și 4 zile deplasare), organizate în afara Municipiului București, la o distanță de maximum 400 km, pentru o medie de 20 de participanți/sesiune.
