Servicii exploatare forestiera masa lemnoasa pentru un volum de 7719,43 m.c., pentru nevoi locale aferent Comunei Cata, Comueni Maierus, Comunei Dumbravita si Comunei Racos. Operatorii economici adjudecatari nu vor demara nicio activitate de exploatare forestiera in cadrul partizilor aferente U.A.T. Dumbravita pana la aprobarea oficiala a amenajamentului silvic prin Ordin de Ministru. In acest sens, activitatea de exploatare forestiera (eliberarea autorizatiei de exploatare) va putea incepe doar dupa emiterea Ordinului de Ministru intrucat fondul forestier aferent U.A.T. Dumbravita este supus procesului de reamenajare, acesta primind deja avizul CTAS. Termenul în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde la clarificări: Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare, cu 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, in conditiile in care solicitarile se vor adresa cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
