Achiziția are ca obiect servicii de transport aerian intern și/sau internațional, constând în rezervarea și emiterea de bilete de avion, necesare pentru deplasările în interes de serviciu ale personalului SNN, în cadrul unui acord cadru cu o durată de 48 luni. Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatiilor suplimentare: a 11-a zi dinainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate in termenul prevazut. Numarul zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 16 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. ENTITATEA CONTRACTANTA VA RASPUNDE NUMAI LA SOLICITARILE DE CLARIFICARI PRIMITE PANA LA TERMENUL LIMITA STABILIT.
