Description
Acord cadru valabil pe o perioadă de 12 luni de la data intrării în vigoare, în baza căruia se vor achiziţiona servicii de transport aerian ocazional – transport intern și internațional pentru personalul Garzii de Coasta. Solicitarile de clarificari din partea posibililor ofertanti se vor face cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar autoritatea contractanta va raspunde În mod clar și complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare cu 11 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
