Servicii prestate de catre entitati juridice specializate in vederea achizitionarii de catre Autoritatea Contractanta a biletelor de avion pentru zboruri interne si/sau internationale, in functie de necesitatile concrete ale acesteia. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inclusiv se pot aduce amendamente la modelul de contract atasat documentatiei de atribuire, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod complet tuturor solicitări de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor Având în vedere specificul activității, există posibilitatea ca necesitatea în ceea ce priveşte cantitatea de servicii achiziționate să se modifice, în sensul suplimentării cantităţilor iniţiale. Serviciile suplimentare se pot comanda într-un interval de timp ce depășește cu 3 luni durata acordului cadru. Serviciile suplimentare vor fi achiziționate la același preț/pret ajustat.
