Se doreste achizitionarea de servicii de reparare si intretinere a echipamentului informatic al camerelor fixe si mobile control rovinieta-DRDP Cluj- Acord cadru pe 2 ani. Valoare maxima acord -cadru este de 851.286,50 lei fără TVA, Valoare minima acord -cadru este de 81.800,00 lei fără TVA. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru 425.643,25 lei fără TVA. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordurilor cadru si a contractelor subsecvente sunt conform Listelor de cantitati anexate la Caietul de sarcini. Prezentul acord –cadru nu reprezinta baza legala pentru angajarea fondurilor publice. In baza acestui acord-cadru se vor atribui contracte subsecvente care constituie temei legal pentru plata. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu conditia ca aceste modificari sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin. 7 din Legea 98/2016, adica nu reprezinta o modificare substantiala. Clauze de revizuire cf. art. 221 alin.
