Servicii de reparare și de întreținere a automobilelor ce aparțin autorității contractante. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: cu 15 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 10-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
