Servicii de reparare, întreţinere, revizie şi asigurarea pieselor de schimb pentru instalaţiile de cântărire din ACI PETEA , ACI HALMEU, ACI BORS SI ACI BORS 2-DRDP Cluj- Acord cadru pe 2 ani Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit prevederilor art. 221 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, cu conditia ca aceasta sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin. 7 adica sa nu reprezinte o modificare substantiala. Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului -cadru este de 128.487,00 lei fara TVA, valoarea minima estimata este de 732.604,00 lei fara TVA. Valoarea maxima estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 410.412,50 lei fara TVA; Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să încheie 4 contracte subsecvente, cu o frecvență de 2 contracte subsecvente pe an sau, după caz, mai multe contracte subsecvente, în funcție de alocările financiare. Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordului-cadru se regasesc ca Anexa la documentatia de atribuire/Caiet de Sarcini.
