Servicii de proiectare si executie lucrari pentru montarea de panouri solare in punctele termice Ramuri Tei si 2 Fundeni, sector 2, Bucuresti, prin atribuirea unui contract sectorial de proiectare și execuție lucrări cu o durată care nu va depasi 15 luni. Categoriile de lucrari de specialitate care fac obiectul prezentului Caiet de sarcini sunt urmatoarele: lucrari de instalatii termice, instalatii automatizare, instalatii electrice, constructii (rezistenta si arhitectura). Amplasament Punctul Termic Ramuri Tei este amplasat in Bucuresti, Sectorul 2, str. Vidin, nr. 9. Conform Anexei nr.2.1, CF 233100, suprafața amplasamentului este de 444 mp, iar suprafața construită la sol este de 357 mp. Punctul Termic 2 Fundeni este amplasat in Bucuresti, Sectorul 2, str. Maior Bacila, nr. 13. Conform Anexei nr.2.2, CF 235.391, suprafața amplasamentului este de 418 mp, iar suprafața construită la sol desfașurată este de 397 mp.
