Conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini-Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care acestea au fost adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3) din Fisa de date. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 Solicitarile de clarificari pot fi transmise atat in limba romana cat si in limba engleza. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde si in romana si in engleza.
