Description

Autoritatea contractantă a încheiat un acord -cadru având ca obiect Servicii de pază pentru obiectivele Stadion de Fotbal şi Stadion de Atletism cu capacitatea de peste 5.000 locuri, conform cerințelor caietului de sarcini nr. 1585/08.01.2025/Rev.1/14. 02.2025. Paza va fi asigurată de către societăţi specializate în serviciul de pază şi protecţie. Acestea trebuie să fie constituite şi să funcţioneze potrivit legislaţiei în vigoare (Legea 333 /2003, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, HG 301/2012 pentru aprobarea normelor metodologice de aplicare a Legii 333/2003, cu modificările și completările ulterioare), având ca obiect de activitate paza obiectivelor, bunurilor sau valorilor, paza transporturilor de bunuri şi de valori importante, în condiţii de maximă siguranţă a acestora, precum şi protecţia umană. Serviciile de pază și intervenție rapidă vor asigura protecția bunurilor și a persoanelor din cadrul obiectivelor Stadion de Fotbal și Stadion de Atletism cu capacitatea de peste 5.000 locuri.
