Description

Autoritatea Contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze urmatoarele servicii: - servicii de pază si interventie; - servicii de însoțire si transport valori, pentru obiectivele în care direcțiile din cadrul Primăriei Municipiului Bacău își desfășoară activitatea conform detalierii din Tabel 1 Caiet de sarcini. Aceste servicii vor fi asigurate de către Societăţi specializate în serviciul de pază şi protecţie. Acestea trebuie să fie constituite şi să funcţioneze potrivit legislaţiei în vigoare (Legea 333/2003, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, HG 301/2012 pentru aprobarea normelor metodologice de aplicare a Legii 333/2003, cu modificările și completările ulterioare), având ca obiect de activitate paza obiectivelor, bunurilor sau valorilor, paza transporturilor de bunuri şi de valori importante, în condiţii de maximă siguranţă a acestora, precum şi protecţia umană. Serviciile de monitorizare/supravegere nu fac parte din serviciile solicitate, responsabilitatea acestora fiind in grija Achizitorului.
