ncheiere unui acord cadru pentru 30 de luni avand ca obiect- Servicii de mentenanță pentru complexul de simulatoare TRANSAS/ WARTSILA format din Simulatorul Integrat pentru Conducerea Navei, Simulatorul de Comunicaţii Maritime G.M.D.S.S. și Simulatorul pentru Manipularea Mărfurilor Lichide, conform caietului de sarcini. Acordul cadru ce va fi încheiat ca urmare a atribuirii prezentei achiziții având ca obiect “Serviciilor de mentenanță pentru complexul de simulatoare TRANSAS/ WARTSILA”, pe o perioada de 30 luni se v-a incheia cu maxim 3 operatori economici . Estimările cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe întreaga perioadă a acordului-cadru și a celor care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru se regăsesc în caietele de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente estimate a se incheia sunt in interiorul anului bugetar si sunt incheiate in functie de existenta creditelor bugetare.
