Servicii de închiriere aeronavă de verificări din zbor cu echipaj complet pentru verificări din zbor a mijloacelor de navigație aeriană pentru o perioadă de 24 luni. Orice operator economic poate solicita clarificari referioare la documentatia de atribuire cu maxim 18 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor . Clarificarile solicitate dupa acest termen nu vor fi luate in considerare fiind considerate tardive. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor
