Description

Acord cadru valabil pe o perioadă de 24 luni de la data intrării în vigoare, în baza căruia se vor achiziţiona serviciile de dezmembrare și respectiv de eliminare deșeuri nevalorificabile rezultate în urma dezmembrării a două bunuri mobile de resortul tehnică de marină și anume două nave maritime de supraveghere, proiect P157, cu numerele de înregistrare MAI 1101 și MAI 1104 aflate în administrarea Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, prin Garda de Coastă. Locul de prestare: operațiunile de dezmembrare a navelor în locuri special amenajate – doc uscat, doc plutitor, locație fiind asigurată de acesta pe toată durata desfășurării activității de dezmembrare (conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini). 2. Solicitarile de clarificari din partea posibililor ofertanti se vor face cu minim 12 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare cu 8 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
