Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor = 15 zile. Termen de raspuns al autoritatii contractante = cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor.
