Eventualele solicitari de clarificari se depun cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, ca ofertantii sa aiba 10 zile inainte de termenul limita pentru pregatirea documentatiei.
