Acord cadru ce va avea ca obiect prestarea de servicii de colectare, de transport si de eliminare a deseurilor spitalicesti. Acordul cadru va avea o perioada de 48 luni calendaristice de la momentul intrarii in vigoare. Acordul cadru va intra in vigoare la momentul finalizarii cantitatilor de deseuri care urmeaza a fi preluate in cadrul celui in vigoare. In cadrul acordului cadru se preconizeaza a se incheia un numar de 8 contracte subsecvente (2 pe an), in functie de fondurile aprobate. Cantitatea din primul contrat subsecvent va fi de minim 49025 kg si maxim 59488 kg.
