Se va incheia cate 1 contract subsecvent pentru fiecare modul scolar pana in 18.06.2027. Fara posibilitate de prelungire. Numar maxim de ofertanti selectati pentru semnarea acordurilor cadru: 5 - conform clasamentului: pretul cel mai scazut. Primul contract subsecvent se va incheia cu ofertant clasat pe primul loc, valabil pana in 03.04.2026. Obiectivul general al proiectului este asigura continuitatea intervenției oferite prin Programul-pilot de acordare a unui suport alimentar pentru preșcolarii și elevii din unitățile de învățământ preuniversitar de stat. Ministerul Educației a inițiat Programul Național „Masă sănătoasă” (PNMS). Prin acordul cadru de prestări servicii, care urmează a fii atribuit se prevede achiziția serviciilor de catering, precum pregătierea, prepararea și livrarea mesei calde pentru elevii , la sediul Școlii Gimnaziale ”Endes József” Sânsimion. Numărul de elevi care vor beneficia de masă caldă în cadrul PNMS este de 477 elevi.
