Scopul prezentei proceduri este de a achizitiona servicii de asistenta tehnica pentru supraveghere arheologica pentru“Proiectului regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apa si apa uzata in aria de operare a S.C. RAJA S.A. Constanta, in perioada 2014-2020”, conform avizelor emise de directiile pentru cultura ale judetelor Constanta si Ialomita. Serviciile de supraveghere arheologică vor fi realizate de catre institutii de specialitate prin arheologi inscrisi in Registrul Arheologilor si se vor efectua numai pe baza autorizatiei emise de Ministerul Culturii. Obiectivele de investitii pentru care se solicita serviciile arheologice sunt detaliate in Anexa 1 a Caietului de sarcini. Numarul de zile până la care Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor este de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de clarificari depuse cu 19 de zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
