In corfomitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor și protectia persoanelor, republicata, și HG 301/2012 privind aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a Legii 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor și protecția persoanelor, modificată și complectată, companiile și societățile naționale care dețin bunuri valorice cu titlu, sunt obligate sa asigure paza acestora. In acest sens, pentru obiectivul "Servicii de asigurare pază patrimoniu pentru post fix si mobil pe Autostrada Biharia - Bors, A3 KM 59+100-64+450 pentru C.I.C. pe DN 19 KM 15+400 stanga, Acord-cadru pe 2 ani, este necesara luarea masurilor de paza legale, prin asigurarea pazei cu agenti de Securitate din cadrul societatilor specializate si autorizate conform Legii 333/2003, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului -cadru este de 1.774.075,20 lei fara TVA, valoarea minima estimata este de 1.049.448,00 lei fara TVA.
