Se doreste achizitionarea de„Servicii de asigurare a curateniei: Spatii de servicii de lunga durata pe DN1C km 74+400 stanga/dreapta – ACORD CADRU 2 ANI” . Aceste servicii sunt necesare pentru asigurarea și menținerea integrității și a funcționalității parcărilor și a grupurilor sanitare pentru accesul tuturor participanților la trafic. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru: •Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului-cadru (anul I-II) este de 894.312,00 lei fara T.V.A •Valoarea minima estimata (anul I-II) a acordului-cadru este de 815.976,00 lei fara T.V.A . Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: este de 111.789,00 lei fara T.V.A. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordurilor cadru si a contractelor subsecvente sunt conform Listelor de cantitati anexate la Caietul de sarcini. Se vor incheia 4 contracte subsecvente pe an, 1 contract la fiecare 3 luni. Prezentul acord –cadru nu reprezinta baza legala pentru angajarea fondurilor publice. In baza acestui acord-cadru se vor atribui contracte subsecvente care constituie temei legal pentru plata. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu conditia ca aceste…
