Description
Achizitia acestor servicii sunt necesare a fi prestate impreuna cu produsele chimice la sondele unde entitatea contractanta va executa operatii de interventie la sonda si sunt o componenta in tratamentul de reglare a densitatii fluidelor, la preparearea si intretinerea fluidului. Serviciile care fac obiectul aceste achizitii, aduc beneficii precum obtinerea unei sigurante privind manifestarea eruptiva a sondei, evitarea unor acidente tehnice si realizarea programelor de reparatii capitale de sonda. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor va fi de 18 zile. Totodata, potrivit prevederilor legale in vigoare, orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire si implicit cu privire la clauzele contractuale (ce sunt parte a documentatiei de atribuire) …
