În desfășurarea activității sale, entitatea contractantă a implementat sistemul informatic integrat SAP S/4HANA în scopul eficientizării activității sale. Sistemul informatic este unul de tip centralizat. Nodul central de procesare și stocare date este instalat la sediul CASSA din Cluj-Napoca. Sistemul este utilizat atât de la sediul central cât și din cele 4 sucursale: Zalău, Huedin, Gherla și Dej. Achiziționarea serviciilor este determinată de necesitatea asigurării funcționării continue, sigure și eficiente a sistemului informatic integrat SAP S/4HANA, utilizat pentru susținerea proceselor operaționale ale organizației. Având în vedere complexitatea sistemului și dinamica cerințelor de business, este necesară asigurarea unor servicii specializate care să acopere atât administrarea și operarea curentă a sistemului, cât și adaptarea și dezvoltarea acestuia, în vederea optimizării proceselor și alinierii la cerințele interne și externe. Serviciile care urmează a fi achiziționate sunt servicii de asistență și suport în administrare SAP Basis, servicii de exploatare și dezvoltare SAP S4/HANA și training/cursuri SAP pentru fiecare modul implementat în sistemul entității contractante.…
