Renouvellement des marchés de services en gare d'Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et Bourgogne-Franche-Comté selon l'allottissement ci-après : - Lot 1 : Lyon Part-Dieu ; - Lot 2 : Valence TGV - Lot 3 : Dijon - Lot 4 : Grenoble Le marché est prévu pour une durée de 5 ans fermes. Les prestations concernent notamment : - l'accueil, l'assistance à la montée et à la descente des Personnes en Situation d'Handicap (PSH) ; - la gestion des espaces bagages objets trouvés.
