Description
Service de transport de personnes par autocars avec chauffeur. Assurer les prestations pour la Commission et les autres institutions participantes installées à Bruxelles. Les prestations sont à exécuter en partant de Bruxelles et principalement dans Bruxelles Capitale et les environs. Le marché est divisé en deux lots. Lot 1 est spécifique pour les besoins particuliers de l'OIB.CPE et les prestations sont à exécuter dans et autour de la Région Bruxelles-Capitale. Lot 2 consiste en location des autocars au départ de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et les environs pour des déplacements en Belgique principalement et les autres pays européens. La gestion est décentralisée dans les DG's de la CE et les autres institutions participantes. Chaque service prévoit son budget, établit ses commandes et assure le paiement des factures.
