L'accord a pour objet de définir les conditions selon lesquelles le Titulaire réalise des prestations de services en téléphonie mobile (voix et transmission de données) pour l'ensemble des centres et sites CEA. Il est dénommé, ci-après, « l'accord ». Cet accord cadre exclut toutes prestations de fourniture des terminaux mobiles. L'accord-cadre s'exécute sur la base de de bons de commandes et de marchés subséquents, conclus entre 3 titulaires maximum
