Description
La forme retenue pour ce marché est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique pour chaque lot (ou accord cadre mono attributaire), avec un montant minimum et un montant maximum dont les montants hors taxe, pour la période initiale ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction sont définis comme suit : - Lot 1 "Entretien des espaces verts: Tonte, fauchage, défrichage...Secteur Ouest" : Minimum : 10 000 euros / Maximum : 200 000 euros. - Lot 2 "Entretien des espaces verts: Tonte, fauchage, défrichage...Secteur Est" : Minimum : 10 000 euros / Maximum : 200 000 euros. La présente consultation faite suite à une précédente procédure déclarée sans suite en ce qui concerne les lots n°1 et 2.
