Description

Cette consultation a pour objet la LOCATION ET MAINTENANCE DE PHOTOCOPIEURS NUMÉRIQUES. Les prestations du présent marché concernent : - La location des copieurs, - L'installation, la mise en service et la connexion des copieurs, - La maintenance des copieurs, - La mise à disposition d'un compte administrateur permettant de contrôler les impressions de chaque site, - La formation du personnel à l'utilisation des matériels, - La fourniture des consommables (hors papier), - La reprise du matériel à la fin de la période de location. Les prestations comportent 2 lots: - Lot 1: Location et maintenance de photocopieurs Min : 10 000 Euros HT, Maxi : 190 000 Euros HT - Lot 2 : Entretien et maintenance de 10 photocopieurs Min : 10 000 Euros HT, Maxi : 60 000 Euros HT

• Quality — - Valeur technique (appréciée au regard du cadre de réponses techniques pour le Lot 1 et des fiches techniques) - Pondération : 45 % (soit 45 points).
• Quality — - SERVICE APRES VENTE ET ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE : 15 % (soit 15 points)(cadre de réponse sur le SAV et tout document fourni par le candidat permettant de juger la qualité de son SAV ))
• Price — - Prix des PRESTATIONS - Pondération : 40 % (soit 40 points) ;
• Quality — - Valeur technique (appréciée au regard des fiches techniques) - Pondération : 45 % (soit 45 points).
