Description
Umeå Kommun upphandlar samordnat serviceavtal för den gemensamma telefoniplattformen och tillhörande programvara för Umeå, Bjurholm, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Vindeln och Vännäs kommun. Umeå kommuns och Umeåregionens växel är en helt IP-baserad telefonväxel baserad på Cisco Unified Communication Manager med tillhörande stödsystem. Växelplattformen är vid avtalsstart version 11.5. Stödsystem är främst CMG 8.x och InAttend, samt Cisco IPCC express 10.5 för callcenterfunktionalitet.
