Description
Myndigheten avser teckna ett serviceavtal med en extern leverantör som kan bistå myndigheten med, support och vidareutveckling av myndighetens befintliga IT-nätverksstruktur. Det innefattar support av nätverk, nätverksutrustning, säkerhet i myndighetens nätverksstruktur. Myndigheten har behov av snabb och tillförlitlig service vid driftsstörningar, installationer, felsökning och åtgärder vid oplanerade avbrott. Leverantören ska kunna tillhandahålla teknisk kompetens med kort inställelsetid.
