Description
Upphandlingen omfattar service av dörr och portautomatik, en leverantör kommer att antas för uppdraget. Uppdraget består av att utföra service/tillsyn/underhåll av dörrautomatik, portautomatik, motordrivna grindar och akuta reparationer samt köp av ny dörrautomatik. I bilagorna sammanställning finns förteckningar över aktuella dörrar/portar. Förteckningarna är avsedda som underlag för anbud och är inte att betrakta som bindande. Under avtalsperioden kan objekt tillkomma och avgå. Föregående års volym var cirka 1 800 000kronor. UM kan inte garantera någon volym under avtalstiden utan anbudsgivaren ska leverera det verkliga behovet. Takvolym för avtalet är 26 000 000 kr. Takvolym ska inte förväxlas med uppskattad volym för upphandlingen. När takvolym för avtalet har uppnåtts upphör detta att gälla. Dock kvarstår leverantörens förpliktelser avseende garantiåtaganden och leveransvillkor för de beställningar som gjorts på avtalet. Avtalet gäller i två (2) år efter avtalsstart med möjlighet till förlängning i två (2) år med ett (1) år i taget
