Uppdraget omfattar hisservice, jourverksamhet samt felavhjälpande underhåll av ESEMs hissanläggningar, i enlighet med ESEMs kvalitetskrav, mål och syfte. Arbetet inkluderar service, reparationer och installationer av hissar och styrskåp, samt vid behov även uppgraderingar. Utöver detta har ESEM behov av jourtjänster från Leverantören.
