Description
Obiectul viitoarelor acorduri cadru/contracte subsecvente îl reprezintă service pentru echipamentele medicale aflate în dotarea SCMU Moinești, care include verificare tehnică periodică și mentenanță, împărțite pe 171 de loturi. Detalii privind loturile respectiv informații detaliate privind cantitățile acordurilor cadru, cantitățile și valorile estimate ale celor mai mari contracte subsecvente, pentru fiecare lot în parte, se regăsesc atât în cadrul prezentului anunț cât și în Anexa A a caietului de sarcini. În baza dispozițiilor art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016, se stabilesc următoarele termene cu privire la solicitările de clarificări: a) termenul limită de primire a solicitărilor de clarificări: 15 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor; b) termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitările de clarificări: în a 10-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
