The competition is for the delivery of Service, maintenance, modernisation and replacement of lifts. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need to ensure operational stability and avoid stoppages on lifts and lifting devices in a cost saving, environmentally friendly and efficient manner.
