Description
Asker municipality intends to enter into a concession contract with Skiheisservice AS, organisation number 983 375 219, for operation of Vardåsen ski centre, cf. Concession contract regulations (concession contract regulations). Vardåsen ski centre is an important facility in Asker municipality for self-organised winter activities for children and youths, as well as being the home arena for the alpine branches of Asker ski club. The operation of the facility requires special competence to ensure that the activity can occur in accordance with municipal plans and political guidelines and requires knowledge on safe operation of the lift, snow production and preparation, as well as the necessary preparations before the start of the season. The duration of the concession contract that Asker municipality would like to enter into is four years with the possibility of taking out two options one year at a time (4+1+1 years). The contract will start during the current ski season. The tenderer will receive an annual operating subsidy in accordance with the contract.
